Gua sha

Gua sha is a traditional Chinese therapy that involves scraping the skin with a tool to boost circulation and promote healing. By gently scraping the skin, it aims to release stagnant energy and toxins, indicated by temporary redness. This technique, utilizes a smooth-edged instrument to alleviate muscle pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance relaxation.

Moxibustion
